Has anyone else’s deployment states gone haywire recently?  My patching deployments last week showed a large percentage compliant, and today, they’ve all reversed.  It’s showing “Downloaded update(s)” for the majority of servers.

Which version of Config Mgr are you running? I have not noticed anything like that, but we’re not on the very latest version either.

We’re on 2503. I was going to upgrade to 2509, but my endpoint image guy asked me not to, yet.  I have also installed the 2503 Hotfix rollup (KB32851084), but not the latest hotfix, as it doesn’t apply to anything we’re using.

Also, it was a passing moment of insanity, it appears, as the next day, the status reports were back to normal.

I do still have a few servers that refuse to show up in the console, even though they’re getting all the updates, which is another insanity all together.
