5416 and 5418 errors for MP

Getting these 5416 and 5418 warnings in my SMS_MP_CONTROL_MANAGER every few minutes.  Enough that the component is listed as in a Critical state.  Everything I’ve found online is old info, from 2010 or earlier. I’ve removed and re-added the MP earlier, for another issue, but these warnings are still happening. It speaks of something missing from the sms_def.mof file? Is this file something that would have been changed by something, or someone? How are these fixed?
