I have a deployment that went to all desktops.  We have a collection called All Win10 Computers, which has numerous deployments to it, including monthly patching.

I have been asked to exclude two computers from a specific deployment, that went to the above collection.  Is this possible?  I can’t exclude them from the Win10 collection, obviously, so need to figure something else out, if it is possible.

Yes, you can create exclusion collection. I call it patch exclusion X to ID its purpose or naming you use

I normally do that, and add that exclusion group to the group that I’ve deployed to, but in this case, that would still exclude those machines from everything that’s been deployed to All Win10 Computers.  Am I missing something?

Sounds like you’d need a collection just for that Application deployment. Include the All Win 10 computers collection and exclude the exception collection containing those two systems.

It can be an admin headache, but we’ve had to do it a few times for situations like these.
