I’ve been working through a project to replace all my secondary sites with Distribution Points. It’s been going fine, but these last 3 that I’ve setup, using the same process as all the rest, are giving me fits, in regards to PXE. I’m choosing to set them up without WDS, so the images are placed in SMS_DP$\sms\bin\. At least, normally. With these last 3, the PXE folders just never show up. I can’t find anything in any logs that I’ve looked at, but with the multitude of logs for SCCM, I’m not sure what log, exactly, I should be looking in. If I look in my SCCM Console, under Monitoring – Distribution Status – Distribution Point Configuration Status, then on the Details tab for a specific DP, the only entry regarding PXE is that it was enabled, successfully. I thought that maybe it was just taking a long time, so I’ve left this one for 3 days now, and the folders haven’t appeared. I’m thinking of unchecking the PXE option, letting that sit for a couple of hours, then recheck it, to see if that shakes anything up, but this is a bit odd.
As always, any help, tips, suggestions would be greatly appreciated, as I continue to Google, and hope I come across something helpful.
Thanks,
Joe Heaton

Please disregard my last post. Apparently, it just needed a little more time. Showed up this morning, about an hour after posting.
