Presenting smart card as default login provider on Windows 10?

Hi All,
We’re tackling some latent issues after the latest round of October patches. when the OS boots up, Other User is defaulted to a connect a smart card login as below screenshot.

In order to access the username/password screen:
- The user has to click on the Power and then click the Sleep icon then wake up from sleep mode
Also There is no any smart card config in GPO.
Reaching out to see if anyone has experienced anything similar after the October patch cycle.
