Teams screen goes black when trying to share screen

I have some users who when they join a meeting try to share their screens the screen is black and stays dark for 7-8 minutes before the screen finally shows up. This has been happening for the last few days. Any thoughts or ideas as to what to do or try to get this resolved? These users are on Windows 10 and 11 devices.
