Somehow lost the Sign Out on my RDS

OK, so this is embarrassing. On my production RDS, I customized the pages to have our corporate logo, etc. And it also has a "Sign Out".

So I'm trying to do the same for my replacement RDS (the old one is on Win 2012, the new one is on Win 2022).  But somehow, I lost my "Sign Out" link:

And now I can't figure what to do to get it back. LOL I'm not sure which file enables that. Anybody?

It's not insurmountable, but it does make life easier.
