Are you using a Central Store for your Group Policy?

Is that screenshot from one of the actual DCs? Or an end user system that doesn’t have all the templates installed?

Seems like you may need to update your ADMX records for your Domain Controller dolling out GPO.

Here is the URL for the latest ADMX records to install:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=104677

You can get additional options to modify adding ADMX records. Keep in mind, some GPO options may start to disappear if you add the latest ADMX records. =D

In order to manage wireless config settings, you need to edit your GPO from a machine with the wireless services installed. DC’s normally don’t connect to the network using WiFi so you will be unable to manage to settings effectively. Delegate authority to edit the GPO to yourself, open the GPMC from your WiFi enabled workstation, you will succeed. Yeah, updating templates is always a good idea but won’t resolve your issue alone.
