SharePoint 2013 Critical error 6398!

Hello Everyone,
Started seeing these (SharePoint 2013 – 1 farm server on W2012R2 and 1 DB Server on W2012R2) last few days.
Looks like Job Timer is failing as per
Can anyone comment on the impact of follow-up on those articles and the suggestion to disable it. I am not a SharePoint person and don’t want to cause more issues.

Verify that all domain user accounts being used for SharePoint services exist, are enabled, and their password(s) line up with what’s in SharePoint.
In SharePoint Admin go and initiate a Search crawl to see if it chokes.
