A bit over the top for me. Too much church in my youth, I guess.
You can summarize it all in one sentence he wrote:
I had my fun with Copilot before I decided that it was making me stupider - it's impressive, but not actually suitable for anything more than churning out boilerplate.
And with that, I pretty much agree.

Take that one step further: All tech makes us stupider in some way.
Don’t believe me?
Use that GPS/Mapper every morning and evening to get to and from work via “autopilot”?
Take it away and try driving that route.
The brain is a muscle in that way. Don’t use it and it atrophies.
Every trade that gets replaced by robots is a trade lost. The folks that know the trade today and are piloting the robot build will be gone tomorrow. Then no one will know how to do that trade anymore.
How were the Rocketdyne F-1 engines built?
No one knows exactly.
Why?
Because they were built entirely by hand, no two were alike, and the paperwork was sparse. The team(s) that built them had it all in their heads and their hands.
Oh, and we went to the moon on them. :0)
