Zoom meetings secretly recorded?

Seems someone is guessing and making connections to "private" Zoom meetings, recording them and turning them into public webinars

I remember when Zoom became a thing because lockdowns.

 

Someone, I stupidly didn’t archive it offline, took the software apart and found all sorts of goodies in the DLLs. Bad stuff.

 

I suspect the software is still … not that great.

I and a co-worker were talking about our company’s Zoom adoption the other day.  Yes, it was the pandemic, and even though we already had Teams, everybody was using Zoom.  So we had to get Zoom.

 

Nice to know we’re paying for unnecessary, insecure software.
