Do you need another developer? I have some reasonable knowledge of
java, and i wouldn't mind extending my abilities and helping a project
I'm interested in.

yup, i definitely do, especially since my time on the project has been
significantly choked by my new job.

But let me get back to you sometime next week as im quite busy. If
more developers are to be integrated on the project, then i will have
to create some guidelines of how work should be done to ensure project
integrity. And also, there has come to my attention some new exciting
java frameworks that could simplify for example swing development.

Do you have any previous work that i can look at to asses your skills?
It will make it easier for me to integrate you to the project and what
tasks you can handle well.
