Anyone have experience with electric fan fan installation on a 65-66 6 cylinder?  Our '66 runs hot when the temps go up and we are running the A/C.  I am running Classic Auto Air rotary compressor retrofit kit with 134a, original underdash unit with new valve.  Wondering also about current draw on standard alternator as I'm reading the electric fans pull serious amps.  Also I've never pulled or checked the thermostat but I am reading that 180 is the desired temp selection.  I did replace the radiator during our restoration efforts.  Has a 6 blade fan with no shroud.

I replaced my original radiator with a 4 core and added a shroud, which allowed me to not to overheat unless I am idling in a parade.  I am drive a 260 with a/c and no power steering.
