I can understand why I cannot relay e-mail messages from work to the mail
server (pop.ntlworld.com) as you don't want to be in the ORDB.

But why can't I ftp stuff onto my website at work (i.e. non-NTL connection)?
I can understand the security implications but it must have only been
changed recently as I can no longer do it. It is a bit irritating. Maybe you
could offer uploading over HTTP?
