My biggest complaint with NTL is the user interface for the cable TV.
Try looking to see what's on next at about 11:45pm with the 'browse'
button; you CAN'T because it only shows you that day's programmes!!
And EVEN WORSE, you CAN'T GO BACKWARDS AND SEE WHAT YOU'VE MISSED!!!!
EVER!!!!!! Sorry for the caps but the interface has been designed by
some bunch of managers in a room somewhere; likely the same kind of
people who would make their homepage in MS Word and have midi in the
background. It is utterly pathetic.
