502 error permission denied

Why have I had to search the WWW for a means to have access to this
ng?

I have tried contacting ntl help and their customer services thingy.

Can anybody tell me, why the error 502 permission denied comes up on
my screen, and the fact that I have no access to any of the
newsgroups.

I had one reply from customer services, but they replied to an
entirely different question which I did not ask.

How can I get access to my newsgroups again?

PS could someone repost this for me on ntl dial up support. I cant
seem to find access to that through google
