Hi,

proposed revision of the ntl.* groups.

For those of you who are not aware please ensure that you read the posting
in ntl.announce concerning the proposed revision of the ntl.* groups.

There is a thread in ntl.talk on the subject - if you wish to comment & want
me to read it please post in the the existing thread in ntl.talk, i will
only be monitoring the thread in there.

This group is set to be deleted in one weeks time - wed 10 nov 04.

I suppose it was only to be expected, given ntl's attitude towards its
customers. I have just received a letter which opens with this curious
statement:

"You may have noticed that since the beginning of September there have been
some delays getting through to our Customer Service teams. This is because
we've started a programme of service improvements to help us give you a
better level of customer service next year."

so just tell us please what group will still be the main one to go to
for help with neverending NTL problems!
