NTL and thir "great" customer service

Tonight like many occasion the internet is slow again if even useable, I pay
£24.99 a month for the cabel connection and It often doesn't work, so as
usual I dial 151 and after 10 mins they answer the phone and transfer me to
the support team. After 50 minutes of waiting on the end of a phone line
listening to Dire straits music till Im pulling my hair out I decide to put
the phone down.

I work practicly a 12 hour day and my hourly wage is more than their poxy
connection fee and they keep me on the phone for an hour.

Its OK for a while then its not working for a few days, and its not just me
as many of my friends have experienced this. This has been going on sinse I
got the modem. Perhaps they should sort their service out or perhaps I
should invoice them for wasting my time.
