親愛的讀者(Dear Patrons):
您好!為了能提供讀者更好的服務品質及多功能的館藏利用方式,圖書館將更換自動化系
統,並於8月16日至8月20日進行新舊系統資料轉換。於系統轉換期間部份圖書館服務將會
有所更動,詳細更動內容請見以下各項說明。
In order to offer patrons better quality of services and enhance the
multi-function of using library resources, the Library would upgrade the
automation system and switch all data to the new system from August 16 to
August 20. During this period, some services of the Library would be
affected, and details are as follows:
一、8/16(週六)-- 8/20(週三)圖書館系統轉換期間:
所有圖書到期日與預約保留期限之權益均不受影響。
所有線上館藏預約、續借、個人資料線上更新等均暫停。
總館、視聽中心暨各分館僅提供借還書服務,每人每天每館借閱上限為5冊,最多不得超
過個人借閱冊數上限,預約、續借等其餘服務暫停。
視聽座、團體室、讀者討論室的借用與離校手續辦理照常提供。
暫停校內分館間代還服務。
8/16(週六)—8/27(週三)暫停台聯大代借代還服務(配合交大圖書館8/23(週六)—
8/27(週三)進行系統轉換)
A. From August 16 to August 20
The due dates of returning items and picking up items on hold will not be
affected.
The online reserving and renewing items and the updating of personal records
will
be temporarily halted.
The Main Library, AV Center, and other library branches will only offer the
borrowing and returning service. The number of borrowing items will be
limited to five for each patron on each day and each library branch, under
the constraint of personal upper limit. The reserving, renewing, and other
services will be temporarily halted.
The service of reserving audiovisual seats, group rooms, and discussing rooms
will
be offered as usual. Graduates may proceed to the procedure of leaving school
as usual.
Interlibrary returning in NTHU from August 16 to August 20 and the UST
(University System of Taiwan) Interlibrary circulation service from August 16
to August 27 will be temporarily halted.
二、自動化系統轉換完成後,您的個人借閱狀況登入帳密將會變更,詳細變更內容另以
E-mail通知,煩請您留意近期圖書館所發送之訊息。
B. After finishing the automatic system upgrade, the patron’ ID and Password
will be
changed when logging into the new system. Patrons will be informed the
details by emails. Please mind the emails recently sent by the Library.

二、8/12(週二)— 9/3(週三)暫停台灣聯大圖書代借服務
配合交大圖書館8/23(週六)—8/27(週三)進行圖書館自動化系統轉換,暫停台灣聯大圖書
代借服務,代還服務照常提供。
B. From August 12 to September 3
UST (University System of Taiwan) Interlibrary borrowing service will be
temporarily halted , however returning service will be offered as usual.
三、自動化系統轉換完成後,您的個人借閱狀況登入帳密將會變更,詳細變更內容另以

圖書館自動化系統更新預告
親愛的讀者:
為了能提供讀者更好的服務品質及多功能的館藏利用方式,圖書館將於 8 月份更換自動
化系統,並於 8 月 16 日 至 8 月 20 日進行新舊系統資料轉換,於系統轉換期間部份
圖書館服務將會受到影響,包括圖書資料借還、線上預約、續借等服務,敬請您能夠體諒
,並請您一同期待新系統上線後令人耳目一新的館藏查詢介面及更多貼心的個人化服務功
能。
新圖書館自動化系統上線後,將提供您更方便的服務,如:
「讀者權益聲明書」之簽署將改善為立即生效;
新自動化系統中讀者資料的維護將與清大校務資訊系統同步更新,本校讀者只要到校務資
訊系統中更改即可;
館藏查詢將提供您更多更方便的個人化功能,例如可記錄查詢歷史以節省重複查詢所花費
時間,可將查詢結果加入個人書車並透過資料夾加以管理,設定 Alert 定期查詢特定館
藏並自動通知您結果等貼心服務;
整合書刊薦購功能與查詢個人借閱記錄功能於同一窗口;
新書通報將提供 RSS 服務;
有關 8 月 16 日 至 8 月 20 日系統轉換期間各項服務之調整細節以及新系統上線後讀
者注意事項,本館將陸續在圖書館網頁最新消息中公告,並透過圖書館電子報通知您,敬
