I don't have the C5 beagleboard.
Are you seeing any USB plug/unplug events on the serial console?

Can you try inserting the mmc card into your PC, and them removing the
file dhcpcd.pid that is mentioned below? I have seen that issue
sometimes and this has fixed it. It is a bug, to be sure.
Thanks,
Peter
That fixed the console , I can login to the console using root, but I still can not get the keyboard and mouse working , any suggestions ?
Thanks for your help

Glad to hear that fixed the issue. The kernel we supply with the demo
activates the mini-usb port, not the main one. This is because the
earlier BeagleBoards we have do not have a working standard USB port,
so we were never able to test it. Can you try connecting a powered
USB-hub to the mini-USB port, and then plug the mouse and keyboard
into it?
Thanks,
Peter
Thanks for quick reply, I just have Regular Powered USB Hub , I need to go find the mini B to USB A adapter and try, I'll let you know if it works,

I connected powered USB hub to the Mini USB on the board, but still its not working :(
Thanks.

I suspect we need to upgrade the kernel to be able to support the USB
on the C4. You may have success by plugging a powered USB hub into
the mini-USB port, though.
Please let me know if that helps or not.
Best,
Peter
