Exchange Server Huge mailbox seeding

Hi,

In our environment:

- Exchange Server 2013 CU23 2 MBX & 2 CAS machines and 1 DR MBX machine

I will add one mailbox database in our DR mailbox. We have 1 TB mailbox database.

My question is : Can I run backup while seed in progress? Will this interrupt the seed ?

Command:

Add-MailboxDatabaseCopy -Identity DB01 -MailboxServer EXCH-MBX-04 –SeedingPostponed

Update-MailboxDatabaseCopy -Identity DB01\EXCH-MBX-04 –SourceServer EXCH-MBX-01 –DeleteExistingFiles
