HTTP OPTIONS

Does anyone know if disabling HTTP “OPTIONS” would have any negative impact on Exchange Server? I have tried researching but haven’t found any documentation about it.

Activesync depends on it (and I only know that because I implemented an activesync client).

 

I don’t know about any of the other protocols, but I wouldn’t be surprised if they did.
