Odd request for our Exchange 365 (we are hybrid with 2019 on-prem for admin, but all is in cloud).
Scenario:
User has 3 shared mailboxes attached to their email, but they don’t want to look at each and want all emails to flow into their Inbox, but still want to retain ability to reply From: / On Behalf of those various shared mailbox sources. Rules to send copy etc. are out as per org procedure. Alias is not acceptable as they don’t want them attached at all and alias only does not allow for that as far as I can tell. Unified Mailbox used to be a feature that allowed for this but from what I can tell that is not an option anymore or with current setup through 365. I know there are 3rd party online options or applications on PC, but that violates our security policy. A little stumped and they are very persistent. Any thoughts? Cheers

Nope. You’ve said every possible solution doesn’t work for your environment. 😊

Would adding the shared mailboxes to their Outlook favourites work? Yeah it will be 3 distinct folders but it will be in their inbox and easily accessible

Yeah sadly no… they don’t want to look at different folders at all. LOL!
Thank you in advance for your time.
