Telemetry on Server

Has anyone ever turned off Telemetry or deleted the Win5x5 folder that contains the data. Especially the latter as we had a vendor that turned it on (DOH!) and of course did not turn it off once done and it just about filled the C:\ drive before I caught it and expanded the drive. Can the contents of that folder be deleted without issues?

What, specifically, are you referring to? Diagnostic data? Debug data? Log files?
TTBOMK, Exchange Server doesn’t store telemetry on disk.
