In the Gregorian calendar, a normal year consists of 365 days. Because the actual length of a sidereal year (the time required for the Earth to revolve once about the Sun) is actually 365.2425 days, a "leap year" of 366 days is used once every four years to eliminate the error caused by three normal (but short) years. Any year that is evenly divisible by 4 is a leap year: for example, 1988, 1992, and 1996 are leap years.
However, there is still a small error that must be accounted for. To eliminate this error, the Gregorian calendar stipulates that a year that is evenly divisible by 100 (for example, 1900) is a leap year only if it is also evenly divisible by 400.
Because versions of Microsoft Excel earlier than Excel 97 handle only years from 1900 to 2078, only the year 1900 is subject to the 100/400 exclusion rule of leap years in Microsoft Excel. However, in order to be compatible with other programs, Microsoft Excel treats the year 1900 as a leap year.

I do have another co-worker in my office who has also installed the software and he is able to see the preview on his PC. I checked the video card and driver. We are both using a Nvidia GeForce GTX 650. The only difference is that his has 2gb of RAM and mine is 1gb. I had a newer driver version so I rolled mine back to match his, but it did not fix it on my PC. The only other difference is the INF File loaded for the video card where he has oem5.inf (Section018 section) and I have oem9.inf (Section018 section). I am not sure if I am able to change that or not.
The chair came in perfect condition and arrived really quick (shoutout to Crandall office). The main thing I liked about it was the lumbar support and how you can adjust the tension on it which is what I mainly wanted because I developed back pain from my previous jobs so lumbar support is a must and the leap v2 definitely got it right. Another thing I liked about the chair is the tilt tension adjustment, I like sitting upright and I always sat at an angle on my hyken which I hated so having this adjustment was a game changer.

As Félicie takes it to Victor for repair, she intercepts the postman who brings a letter from the Opera admitting Camille to the celebrated school of the Paris Opera Ballet partly because of her mother's connection. In her anger, Félicie hides the letter and decides to assume Camille's identity to get into the school and pursue her dream.
While the header has been available as part of the STL since C++11, among the changes included in C++20 there were several extensions to chrono including support for calendrical types, time zones, leap seconds, and integration with format. A great deal of innovation and work was required in order to complete these additional features; shipping these new C++20 additions so soon would not have been possible without the amazing support of the open-source community. In particular, I would like to recognize the significant contributions from Matt Stephanson, statementreply, and Daniel Marshall in helping complete our implementation.
This has been a moderately brief overview of the extensions to included in C++20, but there has been much more added to the header than has been covered here. These features are available for public consumption under /std:c++latest as of Visual Studio 2019 version 10 Previews 3, 4, and GA. All of the baselines show up in the report as processed, but all of the times (start/stop, and when processed) show up as "invalid leap seconds". The data consists of 6 .dat files, and 4 rinex files. All of the rinex files have a leap seconds record in the header.
This happened on all of the solutions. There was an Alloy, three R10's, two R8's, a 5700, and three CORS (one 5700, one Leica R10, and one Net R5). It is happening when TBC is trying to display local times. Once I changed the time units to be GPS (i.e. no leap seconds), everything was fine. I have not yet upgraded past V5.20, although I am eligible. I will add that the 5700 that I deployed does have the issue with the incorrect week number. I use a program that updates the week number in the .dat file to the correct week. We use this all of the time, and have not seen this behaviour before when using dat files that have been week corrected.
The 5700 is old. Did it get the leap second firmware update? I'm assuming there was one for it as there was for the 5800. I think just one receiver without the update could affect all baseline calculations.

The native file format of LibreOffice is the OpenDocument format. OpenDocument is an ISO-standardized format for office documents that is based on XML. However, LibreOffice can also work with documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and databases in many other formats, including Microsoft Office formats. Files in Microsoft Office formats can be opened and saved back normally.
OpenOffice, the open source competitor to Microsoft's office suite, runs smoothly and recognizes most formats used by Windows users, thus giving inter-operability with others. The pre-installed Transmission BitTorrent Client, GIMP Image Editor and VLC Media Player fulfill other basic needs. The Eeebuntu forum and the Eeeuser forum offer elaborate tech support.
