Jai Shri Mataji!


We wanted to share some new updates on the sahajaresources.com website.  As you know, this website was started late last year to collect and organize various Sahaja resources that would be useful in the work of spreading Sahaja Yoga. This website has grown over time with your inputs and from contributions around the world and we are pleased to announce below new additions. It is our hope that you will find these resources useful and helpful in the goal of spreading Sahaja love.


1) Google Drive
This was announced last time. There are various contents (about 30 GB) uploaded on the drive which you will find very useful for your seeker classes, including scientific research papers, audio/videos on benefit of meditation on stress and some seeker courses DVDs.

2) Children’s Area under Yogi Resources
This is new area added under Yogi Resources page to share various resources such as coloring book, links to videos/audios for children to help them meditate, nice blog pages on how to raise children in Sahaja and link to website to order Sahaja books for children. The Yogi Resources page is password protected. Password is: resources108

3) Outreach Team Blog Page
We have added a blog page on the site for Outreach team. You can view all the videos of presentation done by Outreach team here. Checkout the presentation on Meetup.

4) List of Shri Mataji's talks for New/Intermediate seekers
We have added a list containing various talk excerpts (100+) of Shri Mataji which can be used for New and Intermediate seekers program. We have added a Google drive link where you can easily download all you tube playlist videos mentioned on the page.

5) Life of Shri Mataji timeline, bio etc.
We have added a section on Life of Shri Mataji with some documents on biography, timeline of her travel and various awards and recognition received. This would be helpful when preparing for any event depicting life and great work of Shri Mataji.

6) Handouts for Seekers
This area contains various useful handouts that can be given to new/intermediate seekers as they learn Sahaja concepts and grow in their meditation.

7) Testimonials/Recommendation Letters
This is an area where we have collected various testimonial/recommendation letters that Sahaja yogis have received while conducting various Sahaja programs around the world. Using these materials we can present a strong case for Sahaja while approaching new organizations/places for public program.
