Dear All, Jai Shri Mataji
It has been brought to our notice that a recent article in Sarita Magazine, authored
by Rupali Yadav, has been published. This
article contains defamatory and
disparaging content against our Divine Mother. The article is titled: "Nirmala Mata ka Swang" in Sarita
magazine,of November ( 2nd Issue), 2015,
No1454, under the section Religion.
Similarly in September 2015, two months earlier, another sister publication called Grihshobha had included Shri Matajis Photograph on page 66 along with other false Gurus most of whom have criminal cases against them. This article was titled : "Dharmik asthaon per maouz karte dharm ke thekedaar" (Translation- Exploitation of religious faith by the caretakers of religions) ; Page nos-. 64 to 66

We had initially on 18 November written a letter from the Trust signed by the Executive Secretary, Shri Suresh Kapoor, to Mr Paresh Nath, the Editor seeking a meeting with him. He did not reply. Hence I have now written a personal letter still appealing to his better judgment to apologize for the language used for Shri Mataji. In my rather lengthy letter I have explained my association with Sahaja Yoga to make him understand the perspective with which we view Sahaja Yoga and Shri Mataji and thereafter a brief on Shri Mataji’s life time work dedicated to humanity. This is with a view to make him understand our movement and the feelings of a Sahaja Yogi. Our demand is that he publishes an appropriately worded apology very prominently in the same magazines in the next issue. Should he not do that we will proceed further after we take a collective decision. I have spoken to Shri NP Singh the Coordinator of Delhi who is also of the view that we should not take this lightly.
My letter duly signed and scanned has been sent to the Editor. I will be sending a copy by registered post also. The same is attached for your information.
It requested that as many as can write in Hindi or in English must do so. A brief half a page letter now will do. However please ensure that while your letter is firm in its demand for an apology, it should be politely worded as Shri Mataji would desire.
With Love and respects
Lt Gen VK Kapoor (Retd)
