Hi Everyone - my apologies for not being in touch for ages but I have
been really busy WORKING in my full time job (more about that later)
and doing College of Law so that I can finally be admitted to
practice. I've forwarded the email below to you - please pass this on

Dear Felicity
My colleague, Eileen Meehan, referred you and your group, NSW Later
Lawyers Network, to me. I am a lawyer in the estate planning team
which is part of Private Clients at PwC here in Sydney. Both Eileen
and I came to the law later in life after other careers. We know the
benefits mature age students can bring to the work place and recognise
the difficulties mature age law students face in securing employment
after graduating from law school.
We are currently evaluating our staffing requirements, and there may
be an opportunity for another such person to join our team in the
future. Though not a requirement, ideally the candidate will have
experience working in a law office as a PA, paralegal or graduate with
exposure to probate, will drafting and conveyancing, have a broad
range of life experiences, be sincerely interested in estate and
succession planning and be able to fit in with a professional services
firm such as PwC.
If you know of anyone who may be interested please do not hesitate to
contact me. In any event we would both like to be involved in the
Network.
