Speakers Program event 3 December

Dear NSW Later Lawyer
Tentative plans have been made for our first Speakers Program event to
take place at 6pm on Thurs 3 December.
However, I have hit a major hurdle in trying to secure an appropriate
venue - the Law Society of NSW is fully booked on that date (the date
our keynote speaker will be in Sydney) which is why I'm now contacting
you.
If you have any ideas about who else I can approach for assistance in
providing us with free use of a room for a couple of hours, I would
love to hear from you.
I will keep the identity of the key-note speaker under wraps pending
confirmation of venue, date and time BUT please pencil in this day/
time and I'll confirm plans with you asap.
Our requirements are pretty simple - room for about 30 people seated,
plus microphone and o'head display. If catering is available that
would be great too - to be charged for on a cost recovery basis (ie.
those attending would need to pay upfront for the cost of drinks/
finger food to be served post presentation).

We could usually help with something like this , but I am at a
barristers chambers drinks party that night and any event needs to be
attedned by the eprson who agreed to have the guests here.

We can consider this in future if you like.
