am almost speechless! I can't believe that you would be told that -
haven't these people ever heard of the Anti-Discrimination Act?
However, that said, maybe I really shouldn't be so surprised b/c I was
just reading some comments on the "The Firm Spy" website which
basically said that mature law graduates "don't tend to work out at
top tier law firms" because "legal practice is a young person's
game"....
is worth checking out if you're in need of a good laugh....

PS - Susan, have you ever thought of giving that person a ring to tell
