The Clinical Therapist provides direct mental health therapy to a variety of individuals who have been traumatized by sexual or other forms of abuse. This population may include children, adolescents, adults, cognitively and/or physically disabled and geriatric individuals. Performance of therapeutic services may involve individual, family or group therapy settings.

Reach Counseling is committed to providing culturally responsive, trauma-informed care to all survivors. We recognize the significant need for therapists with lived experience and cultural competence in working with BIPOC communities. As part of our ongoing efforts to address disparities in mental health services, we strongly encourage candidates who identify as Black, Indigenous, or People of Color (BIPOC) to apply. This position is part of our intentional strategy to expand access to trauma-informed therapy for survivors from historically marginalized communities, ensuring that all individuals receive care that is affirming, accessible, and reflective of their experiences. Applicants may include fully licensed therapists or resident therapists holding a training license. We encourage candidates at various stages of their professional journey to apply.
