South Asian SOAR is hiring a full-time Director of Policy and Advocacy.

South Asian SOAR is a national collective of survivors, organizations, and allies building a movement to end gender-based violence in the South Asian diaspora. Through capacity building, leadership development, and policy advocacy, we seek to drive systems-level change.

I’m reaching out to share an exciting opportunity to join the team at SOAR. We are looking for a full-time, remotely-based Director of Policy and Advocacy –– an instrumental individual who will have an impact on thousands of survivors and organizations across the nation. The Director will work closely with SOAR’s leadership and Board to develop and implement its policy and advocacy platform while supporting the organization’s overall growth, vision, and strategy.
