Associate Director for IPV Services, NC State Women's Center
Anticipated Salary Range: $62-70k
Primary Purpose of Position (Posting #: PG192591EP)
Working to create a safer and more supportive environment for students at NC State University, the Associate Director for Interpersonal Violence Services provides leadership, direction, and coordination for IPV Services offered through the Women’s Center. These efforts involve working directly with students, staff, and faculty, as well as collaboratively with campus and community partners to establish and maintain appropriate and effective IPV services, including prevention education and survivor response. A strong emphasis will be placed on conducting needs assessments, analyzing campus climate surveys, advocating for equity-based and trauma-informed policies and practices, and performing program evaluations in order to assist in establishing an evidence-based program. Efforts also include providing and overseeing direct advocacy support services for survivors of IPV-related incidents.
