Crisis Connections in Seattle, WA is hiring a Senior Director of Clinical Care to drive the strategic growth of programs supporting prevention, intervention, and postvention. With a multilingual, 24/7 lifeline serving over 700,000 contacts annually, this organization fulfills a vital need across communities—including youth, LGBTQ+, and immigrant populations. This hybrid leadership role includes relocation assistance, free parking for onsite days, and the chance to shape life-saving services in a team environment rooted in equity, inclusion, and trauma-informed care.

Salary: $160,000 - $165,000
