Due to internal reorganization, CCASA is hiring for a new Training & Technical Assistance Manager.
The Training and Technical Assistance Manager (TTAM) is responsible for managing and implementing many of CCASA’s training and technical assistance activities, as well as serving as the first point of contact for information and referrals, and training and technical assistance requests from CCASA members, partners, survivors, and community members. The TTAM is a member of the Programs Team and will work closely with the Strengthening Sexual Assault Services (SSAS) Project Director and other Programs Team members.
Starting Salary: $55,000-$60,000 depending on experience and location
Benefits: Generous paid time off and holidays; 100% employer paid premiums for employee medical, dental, and vision insurance; retirement contribution; flexible workplace
Work Status: Full time; Exempt
Work Schedule: Schedule may vary to meet job demands; some evenings and weekends required; some overnight travel required
Location: Denver; telecommuting within Colorado will be considered
Reports to: Associate Director
