We are pleased to announce an exciting job opening for an Intake Specialist and Case Manager with the University of Washington (UW) in Seattle, Washington.

 

The Intake Specialist and Case Manager (UW Hires req #242894) works as part of a team to respond to reports involving harassment, discrimination, and violence, assess incoming concerns for safety and compliance obligations, and collaborate with University partners to provide support and options that are tailored to the situation and individual(s) involved. They provide support to UW students, employees, and others participating or attempting to participate in UW activities by facilitating supportive measures, explaining complaint processes and alternative resolution options, coordinating next steps for University processes, and connecting individuals to resources. The Intake Specialist and Case Manager plays a critical role in fostering a safe and respectful campus environment through compassionate and trauma-informed intake and case management.
