This role is responsible for leading programmatic efforts across Minnesota and at the national level. The National and State Program Manager will coordinate initiatives, build strategic partnerships, and support member programs through a survivor-centered, anti-oppression framework.
We’re seeking candidates with strong program management experience, excellent relationship-building skills, and a deep commitment to social change and equity.
