Mosaic Vermont, located in Barre and serving Washington County, seeks a collaborative and communication-focused Executive Director who will advance Mosaic’s mission in partnership with an amazing staff, a strong Board of Directors, committed community partners, and local and federal governmental entities.
Mosaic works to prevent sexual and gender-based violence and facilitate individual and community healing. Key responsibilities for the Executive Director include leading and supporting staff and volunteers by fostering a collaborative work environment and
ensuring effective operations, fundraising and fiscal management, and public representation of the organization.
Mosaic is rooted in accountability, access for all people, community change, justice, and liberation.
Summary:
Title: Executive Director
Reports to: Board of Directors
Location: Barre, Vermont (Hybrid flexibility negotiable with routine and frequent expected onsite time)
Agency Budget: $625,000
Staff: 5 FTE (including Executive Director) + 2 very limited PTE
Salary Range: $75,000 to $90,000 plus benefits
Schedule: 40 hrs/week
