TITLE: Clinical Manager of Survivor Services, Adult Survivors of Childhood Sexual Abuse (CSA) (Denver, CO - Remote)
DESCRIPTION: Wings is a non-profit organization based in Denver, Colorado that supports adult survivors of childhood sexual (CSA) abuse to transcend trauma and lead their fullest, healthiest lives. We are hiring for a Clinical Manager of Survivor Services (CMSS) who will oversee all aspects of weekly psychoeducational support groups that are facilitated by therapists. Specifically, the position will manage the training of these therapist facilitators, provide on-going guidance for the support group program, and supervise student interns.
The CMSS will support Wings’ agency-wide efforts to evolve and expand our services to be culturally and linguistically responsive to all adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse and their loved ones, including to survivors who are Black, Indigenous and People of Color.
