The University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign is hiring an Advocacy and Wellness Coordinator/Assistant Director, Advocacy to assist in the coordination and delivery of survivor/victim support services. As a designated campus Confidential Advisor, this role serves students, faculty, and staff who have experienced sexual misconduct (sexual assault, sexual harassment, sexual exploitation, stalking, and/or dating/domestic violence), as required by Illinois state law. This position is located within the Women's Resources Center in Student Affairs and serves as an Embedded Confidential Advisor and will be cross placed two days a week with our Black and/or Latinx cultural centers to reduce barriers and enhance collaboration.

This position is for a single hire at either the Coordinator or Assistant Director level.

This is a 100% full-time Civil Service 5002 - Program Coordinator position, appointed on a 12-month basis. The expected start date is as soon as possible after 8/4/2025. The budgeted salary range for the position is $48,000 to $53,000 at the Coordinator level and $53,000 to $58,000 at the Assistant Director level.
