POSITION SUMMARY The Co-Director of Clinical Services provides direct clinical services to clients while also serving in a leadership role to support the clinical and operational excellence of the program. This position combines advanced therapeutic work with supervision, program development, and administrative responsibilities, ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance with agency standards. The Co-Director works closely with the leadership team to ensure that the counseling staff meets work plan goals, provides high-quality trauma-informed and culturally responsive services, and fulfills the agency’s mission to heal lives and transform communities.
