Join the NC State’s Women’s Center as an Assistant Director and play a key role in fostering a culture of belonging, prevention, and support for all students. In this role, you’ll help shape a campus community grounded in respect and care leading initiatives that prevent interpersonal violence (IPV) and empower students, faculty, and staff through education, collaboration, and advocacy. As part of this effort, you'll conduct and oversee signature IPV events and programs; advise student leaders engaged in IPV peer education programming; and facilitate educational workshops and presentations for students, faculty, and staff via programs such as New Student Orientation, the Pack Survivor Support Alliance and other requested engagement opportunities. To be successful in this role, you must have a demonstrated knowledge of best practices and national trends in IPV primary prevention, as well as the skills and abilities to provide tailored education to the campus community.
