The following amendment to Rule 78.6 Inventory is effective March 1, 2023. Effective that date the fiduciary will be required to send a copy of the inventory to all named heirs and beneficiaries who addresses are known. The Certificate of Service of Inventory (LCPC Form 6.5), to be filed with the Inventory is available online at www.lucas-co-probate-ct.org. Please address any comments to nmi...@lucasprobate.org
