[ANN] NSubstitute 4.3.0 released

Hi everyone,

We've just released NSubstitute v4.3.0. This introduces support for .NET 5 (#636) and .NET 6 (#674). Thanks to @zvirja and @Havunen for these changes! Thanks also to the other contributors to this release: @DarqueWarrior, @rugk, @x789, and @suzicurran.
