The question begins as follows. So dont be surprised.

" Write clearly and cogently. You have to show the intermediate steps to get
credit. Miraculous answers ( mostly likely obtained by copying ) will be dealt
with severely and will be reported to the appropriate authorities. Please use
a pen and NOT pencils.  And leave your cell phones and calculators in your
bag."

Also you must clear your registration dues so that I dont have to deal with your
pending grades later. I might not be here next semester.

The grade will be calculated with this weightage:

Mid -1 - 22%
Mid-2 - 16%
Finals - 42%
HW- 10%
Quiz - 10% ( this is have some attendance marks in it - i.e. there is minimum
mark for just attending the quizzes )

Good luck and see you in Exam hall. I am sending another mail about the question
pattern.

Thanks for this message Sir, which clears up the fact that we do have an exam tomorrow (the dilemma that happened today at NSU was 'hilarious') and 52% still theoretically attainable.

The situation in the last few days had been anything but "hillarious" - but this game of hide and seek played by NSU is really deplorable.
Only if they had a two semester thing ( instead of three "semester"s ) this debacle could have been avoided. More gaps between advising. The gap between semesters could have used as buffers for remedy the lost classes and summer sessions for retakes only .... ( things that are done in real "North American" Univs. )

Problem is that they want a steady flow of money in their hoppers - I guess.

The leader who seeks power, retains power only by keeping its people
ignorant and fabricating how other people really live (I never
mentioned NKorean leaders here).

NSU is truly a leader in education sector of Bangladesh, I guess.

I should stop commenting now and work on the insights, and be one of
those materialistic individuals in the 'majority' domain.

Totally agree with you, Sir. Actually I don't have any idea why nsu calls it semester, it's actually trimester...!
