I submitted the grades today after lots of deliberations.

Initially I phoned the chair telling that there is going to be lot of F's but at his insistence
I decided otherwise. So if your score is below 6 or you got two zeros in the mid and finals
you ended up with an F. I also did not add the HW marks as almost everybody got identical marks ( should I be
surprised ?) so this did not matter in terms of the curving. I wasted a lot of time adding and subtracting those marks in excel.

The quiz scores were reduced down as lot of people who performed poorly in the "big" exams
seemed to have leapfrogged people with better perfromances in the "big" exams. I now feel
the grades as determined statistically represents the performance of the students.

I wish you had spent more time learning the materials - specially the stuff from mid 2 - but the
scores in those part overally gone down. If you are not careful with my warning you will pay dearly
in other future courses. Lot of people memorized the solution to the last mid and wrote that down. I am going to show those \
to your chair as evidence of what you people really do and yet complain the course is hard. It is hard if
you want to pass by memorizing.

BTW, I only managed to enter this online - without signed by the Chair as he was not around today.

On top of this, the printer room was locked.

But your grades ARE in the system - so you should not have problems with advising.

One other thing, if your CS friends are interested to take this course please ask them to finish the
unofficial pre-requisites ( MAT-250 and MAT-125) first.

Like Plato I would state - "Let no one without knowledge of Linear Algebra enter here".

In fact  What were they thinking when deciding to leave out Linear algebra
out of CS math curricula? . All supercomputers basically run
linear algebra codes most of the time!!! In fact that's what they use for benchmarking them.

It's ok sir if you cannot do anything right now. But please tell me that, my marks will be updated.

My mid1+mid2+Final+Quiz*0.5 = 9+4+9+4.75= 26.75.

but you just count 17.75. That's why I tell you to recheck.

Sir, I had taken MAT350 course on spring 2013. I have got 26.75 (which is B+). But you count only 17.75 (which is B-). 

You said that you have to turn in a grade change form next semester.

I remind you earlier. But the grade didn't change. I don't know why. Could you please check this?
