I just stumbled on this:

4 new ways to bypass passcode lock screen on iPhones, iPads running iOS 9
http://www.computerworld.com/article/3041302/security/4-new-ways-to-bypass-passcode-lock-screen-on-iphones-ipads-running-ios-9.html

No, this is not someone "attacking it" but weak programing. (Security
does not "pay" in programming, and similar issues are endemic ANYTHING
that use software to "help you out and make your/our life better.) It
is not the first, won't be the last and the issue applies to anything
that is "smart". (So your house could have you sweltering with that
need smart thermostat, others can be watching your kids come home, and
your smart TV can be reporting home on what you are REALLY
watching...)

However, since many of us use iDevices (iPad Mini for your BioPhotonic
Scanner.) for the business, remember that the password/manner you have
on the device CAN be bypassed by those smarter than us.

The "solution". Don't loose the device. And keep a weather eye/ear
peeled for a fix to be coming out. Hopefully.

Have a GREAT weekend.
