How to be helpful when you tell someone "It is on my FB page" or "It is on Myrtle Littleback's FB page." and have a GOOD chance they will find it.

Say you want someone to take a look at this cool truck video which will get you where you want to go, when you go, no matter if traffic is stopped or not.... https://www.facebook.com/chris.ooms.39/posts/1137889066241327

You can improve the chances by giving the date of the post.  Then the person gets to scroll and scroll and scroll some more until they get into that area (Cause FB is not in perfect reverse cron order but only "kinda sorta" reverse cron oder.  The dates jump around a bit.) and you can hope that they will scroll around and notice what you or Myrtle posted.

Or you can give them a direct link/ULR.  This is a clip of the post that I got the link above from.  Notice the Date and Time listing that I surrounded in red.  It is linked the URL that when clicked will display that message NOW.

Now, I right clicked the Date and time.  I then got a drop down menu

I clicked on "Copy link location".  That puts the link: "https://www.facebook.com/chris.ooms.39/posts/1137889066241327" on the computer/tablet/phones clipboard.

Put that URL in your message when you send the info to them.  If they are signed in to FB, when they click on it, they will be taken IMMEDIATELY to the link you want them to look at.

No scrolling and scrolling, and scrolling and more scrolling, and hoping that FB will display it for you and that you will recognize it as being "it" when it passes through the screen/display.

It SAVES the time of the person you want to look at the link.  They will be impressed with how smart and helpful you are.  No scrolling and scrolling looking for the info you sent out, or you want them to look at.
