I just got this from Brent Goddard. He clarified what I heard from a
leader not named.

We only have a short time (~7 hours as I write this.) to turn around
the December dip in donations.

If you have not checked the status of your organization, I suggest
listening to this ~22 minute recording by Alan Nagao on "mapping" your
organization. http://recording.freeconferencecalling.com/mp3/910022/910022/IA9688_12262015091900570_1084409.mp3
I might call it "tracking." See if some folks will lose a bonus, or
not make Wealth Maximizer, or be forced into a grace month, or even
lose their Executive Status by "just a smidge." A Vitameal _purchase
for donation_. could cure/prevent that.

Alan's description of "mapping" reminds me of what I heard that Nathan
Ricks (I HOPE this is a true story.) did when he was an ATT Sales
Droid in an earlier life. They would put the Sales Compensation plan
for "that year" on big sheets on the wall. Then they worked through
what to do to maximize THEIR results from that plan. "Normal" sales
organizations tweak their compensation plans and areas so that the
sales agents make the "right" amount of compensation and their boss,
since he is the organizer, makes more. A "compensation pyramid."

Alan puts the status and progress of his team/people/folks on the wall
and then monitors THEIR Success, and works with those that need it,
and makes sure that THEY get the best results they can. The LEADER
works for his people for their success. And people lower in the
organization structure, can make more than people higher in the
organization. Different from a normal sales organization's
compensation pyramid..

As I said before, Nu Skin w/ Feed the Children "budgets" Vitameal
donations to the users so that kids getting Vitameal continue to get
Vitameal and it is not pop and drop. A drop in Vitameal _purchases
for donation_ upsets that budgeting process. Some kids could end up
on short rations. :(:(

Check your or your organizations status and do what you can to make
sure they are good, and kids keep getting purchased Vitameal.

THNX Brent for the Correction

Hi Brian, I need to correct your message. Feed the Children has asked
me about providing VitaMeal in the U.S. but they have not yet
responded whether December donations will be used in the U.S. or
overseas. FTC may be assessing the needs and best solutions for the
disaster situations. As you mentioned, VitaMeal is not always a good
fit for U.S. tastes. I will update Scott if I hear any word from FTC
on U.S. projects.

At the same time, December VitaMeal donations so far are lower than in
years, so we will greatly appreciate those who purchase and donate
VitaMeal which may be used for on-going programs in Central America,
Malawi and other countries.

Thank you for your support in nourishing children.

All the best,

Brent
