Sorry for the dealay but I have managed to compile the task list. This is the first draft so feel free to give me feed back. You can edit and add the
stuff and we will move forward accordingly.
If you are cordinator please communicate with respective members to make sure they do not have any objections.
Your help is always appriciated. and feedback and guidence is welcome. Lets make this event a mega event as we did it in the past.
